The mee siam at Delicious never fails to hit the right notes.
The soup broth is consistently sweet, tangy and nutty and they are very generous with their beehooon and tau pok. Some might pick at the garlic chives on top of the mee siam but I quite like how the raw spicy flavour notes go with the sweet tangy broth.
A pity though that they no longer serve their lontong due to space constraints and the threat of enforcement!
One of the popular stall in Tanjong Pagar Marker selling a few types of noodles including mee siam and mee rebus.
Most people came here for their mee siam, which has the robust taste of broth. Comes with generous dried beancurd and piece of egg.
