food was good and the view was stunning.
the skirt steak was the signature but felt that it wasn’t as raw & soft as we would have liked it though we got the medium rare.
loved the iberico pork tomahawk!! there’s more fatty parts than we expected, but the fat was so well rendered and smooth to cut thru. it didn’t leave behind a greasy aftertaste & went so well with the sides!! the bread was more than amazing!!! if i ever go back, it’ll be more for the bread than anything else. it’s soft, warm, lightly salted and absolutely delicious 🤤🤤🤤 we ended up finishing the entire tray though we were so full cause of the mains.

1️⃣Cape Grim Filet Mignon with an oxtail dumpling and a bone marrow rosti.
2️⃣Wagyu Skirt Steak with a 8/9 marbling and a garlic confit/purée.
3️⃣Golden Gay Time of a honeycomb mated with dark chocolate and a dolce de leche ice cream. ✅The skirt steak was more flavorful and a better choice.
I am not a huge steak lover, but this steak may jolly well have converted me. Using parilla grill, the steak had a smoky charred taste which I thoroughly enjoyed. What I didn't like so much was how rare the middle of the steak was. I requested for the steak to be made medium, but certain areas looked and tasted medium rare, however it was still delicious. Even the slightly more well done edges were juicy and tender. Going at about $65++, this steak was very worth it and it also looked much more than the 200g it was supposed to be. Definitely highly recommended. Boyfriend had a ribeye steak and although very delicious as well, he said he would order this skirt steak the next time we come. .

$54/250g, this was too rich and the marbling was less even, I would definitely pay extra for a piece of Tajima again on my next visit.
