A little pricey for what it offers, but kudos to innovating a simple dish. Love their Basil Panna Cotta as well! Not a big fan of the rice bowls though.

Though the Squid Ink Fettuccine is really the best in Kilo, we would like to introduce this Soft Shell Crab, which gravy and watermelon really came about as perfect Yin and Yang. Try this if you do not favour the baby eggplants!

The globular veggies are beautifully charred, then served in some insanely delish donburi sauce, topped with crisp tempura flakes. I finished a bowl on my own, and I'm pretty sure I can down another - it's that good.

It is topped with a generous dollop of mascarpone cheese which makes an otherwise ordinary dish extraordinary. I'm not sure if this is entirely original, but whoever came up with the combo of donburi sauce + mascarpone cheese is pure genius. These baby eggplants are cooked to perfection, and swim in the most delightful sea of tempura flakes. Anyone who's tried this dish at Kilo knows just how crazy good it is, and for a fraction of what the other dishes here cost! Sometimes I'm tempted to just come here for this dish and a bowl of rice and a nice cocktail mmmm.

the gravy which stems out frm de dish gives that blast of a flavour, the mixture of donburi sauce, mascarpone sauce and tempura flakes. normally not a fan of this purple veggie, but this dish was good

Drenched in donburi sauce, topped with Mascarpone cheese and tempura flakes. At $12, this was hands down the best starter you can ask for. Must must order!
