Dim sum for supper! Ok their supper menu (10pm - 6am) is quite limited, but yay to my favourite baked char siew buns as a late night snack (and another choice of dimsum other than swee choon, whose standard seems a little.. questionable) Sliced fish congee with garlic fried fish skin & century egg - comfort food! And we really liked the carrot cake too.
🙋 The Michelin star restaurant has opened a new outlet at APERIA LAVENDER (Kallang). Hurry down now before the queue builds up soon!😉 We had a yummy dim sum night trying 3 of their new dishes:
1. Fried potato flour with Apple and diced chicken
2. Pan fried dumplings with leek
3. Crispy seafood rice Hor fun
