I love how they baked this just until the fragile cracked layer forms on top, while the inside is still ooey gooey moist. 😍😍😍 Bonus points for the surprise Maldon sea salt on the top crust. Soo gooood!

Indeed it's amazing. Despite the hot weather, I risks my healthy throat for this chocolatey indulgence. This brownie is the fudgy and gooey type. Look at the melting chocolate in the picture!
