Soft Serve

RM6.50 ยท 6 Reviews

A haven for matcha and hojicha lovers, Tsujiri offers an array of premium Japanese teas and desserts. The Matcha (RM8.90) and Hojicha (RM8.90) soft serves are bestsellers, which Burppler Chin Shen Lin praises for the perfectly smooth texture. Also good is the Chiffon Cake Parfait (RM16.90), served in a cup stacked with matcha ice cream, chiffon cake, red bean paste and cornflakes.

For an after-work treat you deserve, look to Tsujiri for their smooth soft serves in both Matcha (RM8.90) and Houjicha (RM8.90) flavours. You can have it in a cup or cone, but we say go with the latter for extra crunch. For the finishing touch, garnish with yummy toppings (RM2) like red bean, shiratama (mochi) or kinako kuromitsu (Japanese sugar syrup).

This one is an interesting cold creation which is from the shaved ice part of the menu.. This dessert which priced at RM17 has a greater portion of matcha soft serve in comparison with the parfait which is petite.. This lovely cup contains mochi balls, azuki paste (red bean paste) and not to forget the beautifully smooth shaved ice with matcha syrup.. It's a cooling and refreshing dessert which is an excellent choice to cool off on a hot afternoon or just to pass the time with a good book!

It's the go to place for a matcha craving and it's prove to be the only you place you need to satisfy craving with the endless varieties of matcha concoction to savouries to desserts.. Despite their menu being packed with endless choices of ice cream and toppings, we wee recommended to go for their parfait o-matcha (rm16.50).. The service of it was really friendly and fast with the UFO waiting device to alert you on the matcha arrival.. The parfait looks so petite and pretty with the high and mighty generous serve of soft serve and it was constructed in a way with the toppings being at the bottom and placed rather generously as well like the red bean paste.. It was really a delightful treat and the matcha ice cream works well with all the elements of crunch, sweet red bean paste and the ice cream itself isn't that over powering and important face that it doesn't melt so fast ๐Ÿ˜Š.. It's really a must go place when you're in uptown

Tsujiri is an all-green-tea dessert cafe and tea house. Unfortunately when I came there, there was water disruption on the area resulting the shop not being able to restock their dishes. All what's left was only their other flavor aside from matcha which was houjicha, roasted green tea. Luckily, I was there mainly because of the houjicha ( I am more of a houjicha fan than a matcha fan) and it didn't really disappoint me.

The texture of the soft serve is not that smooth and soft, in fact it tasted more like sorbet with a little bit grainy texture in the ice cream. The houjicha flavor itself is very strong and pleasant. I could clearly taste the toasty flavor of the green tea.

It is very recommended for all houjicha fan out there!

Tsujiri is one of the newest dessert hotspots to hit Damansara Uptown, flaunting the trendy matcha and houjicha soft serve alongside an array of premium Japanese teas and desserts. For a good introduction to these flavour profiles, go for the Signature Tsujiri Parfait (RM16.50). While the red bean paste at the bottom could be creamier, the green tea flavour was intense and left a pleasantly luxurious bittersweet aftertaste with each mouthful.
