After so long, I finally am back to try the Keisuke at Bugis and I had the autumn ramen. Ramen is cheap and not bad.
Was recommended by my friends about this Ramen Stall and it was my first time trying and it surely didn't disappoint.
I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Summer which is the spicy broth and the spiciness sure give a kick. The noodle is also springy. In addition, there offered free flow marinated bean sprout and half boiled egg.
We ordered 3 x Tonkotsu Ramen Summer (2 of it with Ajitsuke Tamago: Japanese Soft Boiled Egg) for $53.79.
I would come back again and try their Tonkotsu Ramen Autumn for their bonito flavoured broth with three varieties of mushrooms.
my advice is drink the soup while is hot / warm... I still prefer the original shop at Orchird Hotel! Its the best! #ramen #latergram #tgit #japanese #japanesefood #sgfood #sgfoodie #burpplesg #burpple #igdaily #igsg #sgig #ramenkeisuketonkotsukingfourseasons
This was not the first time I was coming back here, last time I came I did not know what to order and ended up ordering something bad. This time, I decided to order their Autumn Special Ramen. For the soup base, I decided to go with strong as I wanted to see how “strong” their soup can taste. As for the rest of their options I went with their normal selections. The wait for the ramen was kind of long but during this time u get to enjoy some of their free appetizers. They provide free flow bean sprout and soft boiled eggs. Their bean sprout is very nice and flavourful with just the right amount of heat. As for the eggs, it was a little disappointing as the egg was not fresh and it was extremely difficult to peel. At last my ramen came, the first thing that hit me was the smell of the broth. The broth had a very unique scent to it and all I wanted to do was to dive into the ramen. The noodle was very nicely cooked, it was neither too hard or soft. The noodle combined well with the broth. Their pork was very tender as well, too bad it was only 2 pieces, I wished there was more of it. Overall this ramen place is one of the best I have eaten in Singapore. If you are looking for some ramen when you’re at Bugis, I would totally recommend this place!
Located a few doors down from KFC at Bugis Village, celebrity chef Keisuke Takeda's Ramen Keisuke Four Seasons is regarded as the one that serves the thickest pork-based broth. While the other Tonkotsu King outlets boil their soup broth for over eight hours, Four Seasons does it for 11, which gives it its creamy, rich flavour. There are five ramen flavours available — four to represent the seasons, plus the original Tonkotsu King. The four seasons are made with the same tonkotsu broth, but distinguished with the addition of different ingredients to the ramen. Follow Burpple Tastemaker Denise Ong footsteps and order the crowd favourite Tonkotsu Ramen Autumn (from $12.90), which comes loaded with pork soup noodles flavoured with bonito, three varieties of mushrooms, minced pork and jew's ears. Also add on their signature Flavoured Egg ($2) or Seaweed ($1). She recommends taking the broth in the normal level (no need for Strong) to enjoy the "deep pork bone flavour that is so rich, you have to finish it to the last drop". Pro tip: Help yourself to the free flow hard-boiled eggs and marinated beansprouts!
Avg Price: $15 per person

Probably the best ramen I've had in Singapore so far. Broth was very rich and flavourful and the noodles were well done. My favourite part of the dish was the flavoured ramen egg, along with the free flow of hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts!
Service was excellent as the service staff explained the difference between the Four Seasons ramen to us before we placed our order and ordering is convenient as it is done on a piece of paper where options such as "less oil" is offered. The price before GST/ service tax was $14.90 but worth it in my opinion, especially for the very filling amount!
