You can also opt for classic fries or japanese sesame slaw as your side instead.

Encased within two soft and fluffy charcoal buns is one whole HUGE battered dory with japanese sesame slaw and sriracha mayo.
Was initially quite put off by the appearance of the fish as it seemed to be seriously over-fried.πŸ˜…However as i bit into the burger, i found that to not be the case as the fish was still sufficiently succulent and juicyπŸ‘πŸ»The sriracha mayo delivered a slight spicy kick which i quite enjoyed. πŸ˜„

The truffle mushroom soup was a great accompaniment to wash down the oiliness of the meal. It was smooth and creamy with a hint of truffle taste. However, i felt that it bore a strikingly strong resemblance to campbell's cream of mushroom soupπŸ™ˆπŸ˜… Overall i felt that the burgers were not bad and i wouldn't mind going back to try the other options available!! (Especially on weekdays when they are having their 1 for 1 promo haha πŸ™ˆ) SWIPE ⬅️ to see the full menu.

This burger was really tasty with fried chicken, fried egg, cheddar, sriracha, honey, Japanese slaw and daikon. Sold at $12.90 with a free side, this is really affordable and has quality too!

Usually I'm not a fan of burgers, but I've been back twice to B Burger and totally lovin' the Bomchika Wow Wow burger at just $9.90! It's a Karate Burger (Karaage Chicken, Sriracha Honey, Wafu Slaw, Dikon Pickles and 'B Sauce') with added Fried Egg, Cheese and Truffle Mayo! πŸ˜‹

The sweet sauce, tender chicken and crispy coating made the burger super addictive.

Opened by the folks behind Benjamin Barker. Their burger really wowed me - made fresh on the spot after you order. The fried karage chicken encased between the charcoal buns were fried to perfection (crispy + juicy) and coated with siracha honey. Coming together with the fried egg, cheese, truffle mayo and daikon slices, the taste was nothing short of amazing. The curry beef fries were yummy when eaten straight away while still hot, however became quite soggy after a while. Will definitely go back to try their other burgers! πŸ˜‹

The #karateburger had karaage chicken, siracha honey, wafu siaw, daikon pickles and a special B sauce. Really liked the chicken that was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The sweetness of the chicken went well with the slight spice from the wasabi-like sauce of the wafu siaw, and the crunchy pickles paired nicely with the softness of the charcoal bun.

A buttermilk fried chicken burger with siracha honey, wafu slaw and truffle mayo, topped with a fried egg.

It was indeed a love at first bite πŸ˜‹πŸ’–! Encased within a charcoal burger bun is a thick slab of karaage deep fried chicken patty marinated and coated with sriracha honey sauce that was tender, juicy and flavourful. The addition of the sriracha honey marination added a great enhancement that got me sold, with a striking resemblance to my favorite 4fingers chicken while the exterior retains an ideal crispness. Topped with wafu slaw and daikon pickles that added a pleasant refreshing crunch, the fried egg was initially absent in our order. Thank god for my sharp eyes (and of course, major love for 🍳🍳) that fortunately was provided to us upon request. Though the yolk is fully cooked and solidified, it had a vibrant orange hue that I adore in a sunny side up. The cheese and truffle mayo was unfortunately not distinct. But still, the karaage chicken here won hands down! πŸ™ŒπŸ» .

The deep fried portobello encased in a buttermilk batter had an ideal crisp exterior, encasing a juicy portobello β€œpatty” which I had hoped would be thicker. The raw vegetables added a pleasant crunch factor, with the pickled radish provided a tangy, fermented note that acted as a palate cleanser as well. The burger bun was soft and fluffy, a texture I adore for burgers. Had this during their 1-for-1 promotion, which unfortunately ended yesterday. But still, I wouldn’t mind coming back again to check out the other flavours! Tried this and the bomchika wow wow (which literally got me WOW πŸ˜πŸ˜‹βœ¨) - upcoming reviews soon! .
