4⭐ Researched that this is one of the better mookata in SG hence we are here for dinner after playing the escape room nearby. Read online that the $32.90 nett buffet has a wide spread of food including oysters, flower crab, crayfish, ice cream, free flow of drinks etc. They collect the payment before starting the buffet and we were guided to a VIP room on the 3rd level as the 2nd level is full. We walked past many shops to a secluded area before reaching the VIP room which is actually an air-conditioned shop also own by them. Seeing many customers eating the mookata here calm our nerves and we are worried for nothing. 🤣 The food quality is quite fresh and we loves the crayfish and oysters 😍. We peel off the shell before BBQ so it cooks much faster, WB becomes an expert in peeling the crayfish. We ate till so full that I don't think I will eat mookata for the rest of this year. Bye Mookata, I really had enough. 😅

Apart from the run of the mill mookata ingredients, I particularly enjoyed their Thai spicy sauce marinated prawns that are already peeled and primed for grilling. The soup however is a sad excuse for water but knowing all the juices and fats will flavor it after 15 minutes, all is forgiven. And guess what, this place runs 24/7 so supper is reality.

Of Golden Mile Complex's many mookatas, this buffet priced at $29.90 ($32.90 on weekends and public holidays) has our hearts for its stellar service and extra cheesy factor. Expect marinated meats and seafood with unlimited melty mozzarella AND free-flow Thai milk tea.

If a mookata buffet alone doesn't cut it, this popular Golden Mile Complex joint one-ups this with unlimited amounts of gooey mozzarella and nacho cheese dip, AND free flow Thai milk tea. Sold? The buffet here is priced at $29.90 (additional $3 on weekends and eve of public holidays), and on top of standard marinated meats, the selection also includes fresh seafood like prawns, crayfish and flower crabs. Burppler Jayson Yeo shares that he wishes the meats were better seasoned, but we don't think that'll be a big issue if you intend on slathering them all in the cheese. He also had great things to say about the service staff, who made him feel like royalty with their offers to chop up the crabs and de-shell the shellfish for you.
Pro tip: This spot opens only from 3pm on weekdays and noon on weekends, but remain open till the wee hours of the morning.

Located at Golden Mile Complex, Cheese Story offers a wide variety of standard fare mookata items. It’s not just about the food at Cheese Story but the commendable service and pleasant service staff that made dining here a real chillax joy. After selecting my choice of available seafood like the flower crabs, crayfish and langoustine, the helpful waitstaff would voluntarily render their service to chop up the crabs and deshell the shellfish! Suddenly feel like a pampered spoilt brat incapable of deshelling my own seafood! Only wished the meats were seasoned better though the freeflow aromatic and rich ChaYen aka Thai Milk Tea helped cover that up somewhat.
