Though it might be pricey to some, but if you want to get damn good Indian food, this is where you have to be at. Out of the several dishes that we have tried, all were fantastic and comforting such as the slow-cooked and aromatic Chicken Berry Britannia Biryani (£10.50), which is an excellent modern interpretation of the legendary Irani cafe special with cranberries. To go with the biryani, there’s the Paneer Tikka (£8.20), a vegetarian cheese that’s marinated with masala then charred with red and green capsicums, and Mahi Tikka (£8.70), a sustainable tilapia fillet that’s grilled in a yogurt marinate.
