- Appetiser (tomato, dragonfruit and jelly)
- Starter (3 bread sticks with raspberry sauce). Bread was good
- Salad (Chilled tofu with sesame sauce, abit of century egg and tobiko)
- Soup (Cream mushroom soup). The soup was very filling. You can taste the blended pieces.
- Mains (Rice with fried egg tofu and broccoli). The rice abit salty, i dont like it.
- Drink (Lychee Rose). I think is like soda water with syrup, need to mix well.
- Dessert (Tiramisu)
The whole meal was very filling and i couldn't finish it. May be im not used to vegetarian food so i was abit disappointed.

Vegan option ~$15.80++
I like how the menu clearly labels each dish whether they include egg / dairy / vegan etc
Enjoyed the dish but regretted not getting the course set as I felt that I could eat more haha
Would visit again to try the course set!

As part of their 8-course meal, their drinks are quite worth a mention too. Iced coconut mint with butterfly pea flower - this drink was not only aesthetically pleasing, it was really refreshing too. Despite not being a fan of mint, this coconut water paired with mint was enjoyable, although I removed the mint leaves midway for less of the mint flavour. The drink also came with coconut flesh! Sea salt coffee had a pretty good sea salt flavour from the cream/ foam, which paired well with their coffee.

As part of their 8-course meal, I have to say the black truffle wild rice didn't have much strong flavours, but the blue flower tofu was quite a star itself. The outside skin was crisp, and inside was really soft and silky blue tofu, which was pretty flavourful.

As part of their 8-course meal, the Wild Mushroom and White Truffle Pizza comes with a thin crispy crust, and homemade cream base which oddly reminded me of mayonnaise. Sadly truffle isn't that evident here, but overall still a decent option to try.

As part of their 8-course meal, this mushroom soup came with a really strong truffle aroma, and tastewise was not too bad - you could taste the truffle in the soup. Worth a try if you are there for a meal!

As part of their 8-course meal, this tomato basil soup is not bad as one of your choices for their soup section. Basically a blend of tomato and basil, and would suit tomato-based lovers.

As part of their 8-course meal, this silken tofu is a must-try when you are there! Really enjoyed the roasted sesame and century egg sauce, and the crisp-fried lotus chips really gave additional flavour and texture to the entire dish!

As part of their 8-course meal, this Black Cloud Fungus Salad is made with edamame sauce topped with sea grapes and goji berry. Albeit being a fan of edamame, this didn't really taste like edamame, and came as a really sour sauce which wasn't to my liking, and I guess it could be an acquired taste.

As part of their 8-course meal, this was served with every pax having 2 breadsticks each. Really enjoyed how the bread was was served warm and was soft, which also paired well with the raspberry yoghurt sauce, which was sweet with a tangy sour flavour.

As part of their 8-course meal, this is their appetiser, which comes with guava, sweet potato and winter melon. You are recommended to start from the right, and the sweet potato with sesame sauce was a really interesting one for me. Sweet potato had a texture similar to jelly, whilst their winter melon was slightly sweet when paired with the orange-flavoured sauce.

As part of their 8-course meal, these 2 desserts - Tiramisu & Sticky Date Pudding were unfortunately quite dry. Ice-cream from the sticky date pudding was decent, and the puddle of caramel sauce did help a little with the dryness, but still insufficient.

First time at elemen and was pretty blown away by their Santalicious 2020 set menu! Here's what we had and our thoughts:
1. 3 appetiser: topokki was chewy, kimchi was a bit luckluster, sesame spinach was really really fragrant
2. Ginseng 'chicken' soup: pretty shocked by the gao-ness of the soup, one of the best dish from the set
3. Gyoza: hands down the best dish! It tasted really like a gyoza with real meat😅😅
4. Ssam: pretty good! The yellow onion/radish can be a bit more crunchy to add texture to the dish
5. Rockmelon sorbet: refreshing touch to the meal
6. Cold noodle: rather disappointed by this dish, the soup was really plain (almost felt like plain water), they could have added in a bit more ingredients as the noodles was really a lot as compared to the ingredients
7. Hotteok: the hotteok was rather stiff and kinda spoilt the whole dish
8. Shikye: pretty good! Wasn't too sweet which we really appreciated.

Will be back to try more food items from their menu! 👍😋

Very worth to get 5 course and 8 course set because it comes with an appetiser, choice of salad and/or soup (8 course gets both), main, dessert and beverage. Had a really good dining experience and was really impressed with the food. I’d recommend are 5 elements soup, blue flower tofu with black truffle wild rice, wild mushroom and white truffle pizza and chilled pumpkin purée with coconut ice cream.

My first time here and had the mushroom risotto (16.80). I could smell the white truffle as soon as it arrived! Taste-wise it also packed a punch - super flavourable and the crunch and natural sweetness of the green bell peppers complimented the savoury flavours form the rest of the dish. Definitely planning to come back and try the rest of their menu! Portion is small though, would probably go for one of the (affordable looking!) set menus next time to get my fill.

Blue Flower Tofu w
Black Truffle Wild Rice - $15.80

The wild rice served supposedly is a good source for protein, fiber, folate, magnesium and other nutrients. The rice has lots of texture as well. Accompanied with butterfly pea flower infused tofu and fragrant black truffle paste, overall a rather flavourful meat-less dish

🥢Elemen’s prosperity Truffle Yu Sheng (S$38.8) for 3-4 persons. You can choose a big one for large group of people. It is a good choice for those vegetarian which included various meatless ingredients. 🥗
