This soft serve was already melting when served.

It is milky but not much different fr macdonalds soft serve.

Not worth your money.

Although they are offering 50% off for people named Emma, they were jot clear on their terms. Neither are their staffs trained.

Find this softserve kiosk in the basement of Plaza Sing. Get the Charcoal Cheese Japanese Softserve with Okinawa Brown Sugar Boba in Wafer Shell ($6.80) for a rich, savoury-sweet dessert topped with chewy pearls. You don't want to skip out on Matcha Dip ($5.30) here! Think luscious and creamy softserve encased within a hardened matcha shell on a cone. Psst. Watch it defy gravity by flipping the cone upside down!

Expect whimsical soft serve such as this signature Wafer Bubble Mix Soft Serve ($6.80) from @emmasoftsg – essentially charcoal cheese milk swirl with chewy pearls cooked with Okinawan brown sugar, topped with Kuromitsu sauce, crushed peanuts and homemade crispy wafer.

The popular soft serve & specialty tea shop also serves a sweet range of softies from brown sugar, sprinkles & gravity-defying dips (swipe for menu).

Daily: 11am – 9.30pm

A wafer base with milk soft serve topped with bubbles, sprinkled with crushed nuts.

The wafer taco shell is made in-house, which are airy, crisp, light and almost paper-thin.

You get a choice between milk or mix (milk and charcoal cheese) soft serve, and I would say go for the mix for that interplay of flavours.

Since boba is in trend now, this is further topped with “Okinawa brown sugar pearls” – made with a combination of Okinawa brown sugar and kuromitsu which is Japanese black sugar syrup.

This signature item displays a combination of differing textures and flavours, featuring a thick and creamy charcoal cheese softserve, topped with soft and chewy Okinawa Brown Sugar pearls, and housed in a crispy wafer taco shell. The pearls are made with a combination of fragrant Okinawa Brown Sugar and Kuromitsu (Japanese Black Sugar Syrup) for a rich smoky caramelised flavour which pairs impeccably with the soft serve. A generous sprinkling of crushed nuts adds an excellent crunch to the dessert.

Seems like soft-serve is probably a up-and-coming trend these days considering the few brands of soft-serve that had came to Singapore or the late.

Wasn't truly impressed with what was being served here; yes, the Emma Milk Soft (aka the milk soft-serve that is the base here) was all smooth, creamy and dense, but the flavour of the soft-serve felt a little pedestrian whilst also melting a little quickly. Otherwise, the brown sugar helps to add a mellow yet rich sweetness, whilst the pearls were pretty chewy. The sprinkling of matcha powder (or any other powder depending on which flavour was chosen) felt a little gimmicky; the sprinkles probably adding on some colour to its presentation but otherwise having no effect in terms of flavour. Probably an item created more for the 'gram; the gravity defying capabilities being more of a selling point than the soft-serve itself.
