Available only on the weekends from 11:00am to 3:00pm, one can expect Thai favourites such as Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad), Mu Tod Nga (white sesame pork), Kiew Krop Na Yung (crispy wanton skin with pork and shrimp dip) and Yum Pla Foo (crispy fish flakes with mango salad dressing). It’s best to start off with the glass noodle salad, as it is a perfect balance of spicy, savoury and tanginess, which will whet your appetite for the other dishes. The glass noodles are able to hold onto the mixture blend so well, that you can literally slurp them up while enjoy the seafood that gives it the additional freshness. The white sesame pork is a Baan Ying’s special and best eaten when its just out of the fryer, while the coconut-y pork and shrimp dip with crispy wanton skin is something that you will not be able to get elsewhere. Other dishes on the buffet line include the Lard Moo Tod (Thai style minced pork ball), Kai Jiew Koong (omelette with shrimp & onions), tom yum chicken and a DIY thai salad station where you can test your skills in pounding a som tum salad.

For the main course that each diner can choose from; there’s the Angus Beef Steak, Bone-in Iberico Pork Chop (additional $9.80), Grilled Large River Prawns and Pan-fried Salmon Steak.
