From the small plates such as the Guacamole ($12/$18) and Corn Sampler ($15) to their appetizing Hamachi & Coconut Ceviche ($21) and Toastades de Atun ($17), you will get an instant taste of the Mexican hospitality and flavours from each bite.

Start off with the botanas (small plates) where you get to mix in the smashed avocados with diced tomatoes, onions, Serrano, coriander and lime mixture before give it a good spread on the charred tostadas. Next, the corn sampler is something that amazes me as someone who does not like those canned baby corns; these char-grilled baby corns had a bittersweet flavour while paired perfectly with the smoked Huitlacoche donuts and chilli mayo.

The ceviche and tostadas totally hit the spot as the Hamachi is tossed in a coconut milk that’s infused with the hibiscus flower, served with trout roe and avocado puree while the tostadas play a lot of the texture with the crispy of the crispy corn tortilla shell that contains tuna tartar, avocado puree, chipotle mayo and banana shallots.
