Interesting stall. Their primary business is hotpot, but to capture diners like me who don't want hotpot, they use the same ingredients to whip up noodles. You can see sliced mutton, a prawn, greens, seaweed and an egg. The star though was the wicked noodle seasoning. The soup was very robust too.
