The rich smoky aroma is what draws me to this stall. The crispy rice, tender chicken, sweet Chinese sausage and salted fish come together beautifully, especially after a good toss with dark soy sauce. It’s claypot rice done right — simple, flavourful and satisfying. At $7.50 per pax, the portion might leave a hungry stomach wanting more.

A gimmicky once in a lifetime experience! Prata topped with two eggs, drowned in curry like a tsunami engulfing the entire island in seconds. Served with a side of sambal for an extra kick, this dish is certainly a spectacle. While the prata itself was a bit cold and doughy, lacking the desired crispiness, it still soaked up the savoury curry beautifully. The sambal, though more sweet than spicy, added a beautiful touch to the dish.

So, is it tasty? Yes! However, some might find the price a bit steep, especially considering that ordering two egg pratas separately would be cheaper.

Sedap lah! Generous portion of tender chicken with savoury crispy skin, sprinkled with crunchy crumbs, served alongside fragrant fried rice, a simple salad, and a fiery homemade sambal chilli. While some parts of the chicken were a bit dry, the spicy sambal and flavourful crispy crumbs more than made up for it. The fried rice, albeit basic, was slightly spicy, moist, and tastisfying. Overall, it's a filling meal.
