One of my favourite pastas of all time, with garlic cream, mushrooms, poached egg, parmesan and white truffle oil! The pasta is al dente and the garlic cream is well seasoned

House beef patty, mayonnaise, Emmental cheese, sautéed mushroom, batter onion, cajun fries

Made from their house beef patty, mayonnaise, Emmental cheese, sautéed mushroom and batter onion. The side of Cajun fries was crispy and nicely seasoned.

Spaghetti tossed in Flavour Fling very own chilli crab sauce (mild spicy), scatters of fresh crab meat, poached egg and scallions.

An Asian-Western fusion item on the menu with generous bits of crab meat. The chilli crab sauce is very satisfying with bites of rich crabby goodness. The sauce is sweet and spicy but more on the sweeter side which not everyone would like.

Almost the whole piece of the chicken was pinkish, and not cooked thoroughly. Ordered the Croissant Dirty Norwegian and found a rusty metal ‘S’ hook in between the croissant. Messed up both our orders. Lost appetite; chef did not attend to us and apologise. Had experience better services at coffee shops compared to this “cafe”. Thanks Flavour Flings.

Residents of Hougang, celebrate! There's now a great neighbourhood cafe on Avenue 1 serving up prime western nosh. Order the Croissant Dirty Norwegian ($17.90) for smoked salmon smothered in their signature salted egg yolk sauce. Alternatively, go with the slightly spicy Chilli Crab ($17.90) pasta piled high with crab meat or the flavour-packed Beef Tom Yum ($14.90) pasta.

i feel like 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜 [$17.9] was pretty average. the chicken cutlets were crispy but a little dry, and i felt that the pairing of the cutlets with bbq mayo was pretty mediocre. the cajun spiced scrambled eggs were a little overcooked too.
