Caramel cream, lime and mint granita, and homemade rum ice cream. This came highly recommended by the staff and was also in their degustation menu. A tad too sour for me. Their lemon soufflé was also interesting but a little underdone and sour at the bottom.
Grilled live Boston lobster, lemon, oil, parsley emulsion with a choice of side order for two persons. This is a belated Mothers' Day dinner for mum because sis and dad were working yesterday. She found it a bit underdone and portion too small for two.
A light, healthy and tasty dish prepared using saffron puree, sauteed baby mushrooms and smoked paprika oil. Not to be missed.
Not worth the prices.
Wine was flat. moscato la giada d.o.c. as flat as airport runway
Pasta should be al dente if you're from Rome maybe but I like mine ben cotta and appreciate being given a choice!
The scampi meat - gone in 2 bites
Will not plan to return.
#nokidding || 😎 Throwing some shade on then main course selections of the Saturday Italian Semi-buffet lunch at Pontini。
My advice would be to stick with the antipastis, cheeses (gran padano and tallegio are a MUST TRY!), pasta station (don't miss out on their roasted Italian sausage, wild mushroom, chestnut option) and the free flow foie gras to satiate those fat craving hunger pangs ~ all for only $58/adult too. What a steal!
