Complimentary dessert - the watermelon ice cream really taste like watermelon
A refreshing mouth washer
We all agreed that the side dishes nailed it
From fries to potato salad and cauliflower salad
All worth ordering
SUPERB GRILLED BUTTERFISH cooked with squid and clams. For the price that I had to pay, this was so worth it. The crowd favourites are all meat dishes but you can definitely consider this if you’re looking for other options.
Hats off to the chef for this amazing combo! Grilled lamb shoulder in seafood broth along with fresh clams? Never thought it’ll work but it did!
Really liked how refreshing this was! This came with greens (rocket?), jackfruit, huge beetroot cubes and feta. A great start to an epic meal!
He always order 300g of Australian MB6 Wagyu, perfectly seasoned and perfect temperature! Don't forget to salt that shit! Ronny finish off with Wagyu Meatball Spaghetti, so hearty and herby. Crispy skin on the quail and tender on inside. And I just had to try Ah Hong's big and long bread! Perfect finish!

The Angus tomahawk comes in at 1.5kg of 200 day grain fed Angus and is served with a side of grilled mushroom, potato salad, leaf salad, chips, truffles chestnuts and baby kailan. Although it is claimed to feed 2-3 people, it really comfortably feeds 4. The meat was cooked perfect, with a nice crispy char on the outside, with the flesh still tender and perfectly medium rare, as ordered. What really impresses about this restaurant is the quality of the meat served at that price, with is counter-balanced with its self-service. If you’re not one too fussed by service and want to focus on just the meat, this is just the place.

If it’s your first time at Grub, please try this striploin(RM 98)It’s the best affordable steak joint in town. Try their burnt cheesecake too *yum!
I love apam balik but first time trying in cake form. Apam balik mousse with sponge cake layers. Reasonably priced too.
Was contemplating whether to indulge, no regrets there. Cake was light and has yum! The top part is a little too sweet for me.
300g New York Strip (RM45), typically served with potato and salad but I opted for only salad instead. Price increased since the last time I went (which was quite a while ago) but hey, it’s still a good deal!
Enjoy a great steak that’s also easy on the wallet when you dine at this humble joint. You won't go wrong with the crowd-favourite New York Strip (RM45) — consistently good, with a smoky sear. But if you're in the mood to splurge, there's also Japanese Mizayaki Wagyu (RM478) and ANGUS T-Bone (RM250) on the menu. Pro tip: The restaurant gets very busy over the weekends, so be sure to reserve a spot days ahead.

Interesting concept and texture. I liked that it was light as we really couldn’t eat anymore
The boy loved this so much that he refused to finish his last bite. Almost savouring it till desserts came. I was really very surprised when we tallied the bill. Ten of us and all that food, take a guess how much it costs?
What I liked about this place is that they don’t push you to order their most expensive cut. They tell you what they think is really good that day and we tried it. This Angus really hit the spot and the best part, it didn’t break the bank
