The stall sells a variety of porridge and ke kou mian with options of different noodles (instant noodle, mee sua, yee mian) and broth (pork, seafood, tom yum). Understandably, the ingredients differs according to the broth you select.

I chose instant noodle in pork broth ($3.50 without egg) which came with pork slices, chunks of minced pork, pig's liver and chye sim.

The sweet tasting broth did not taste like it was flavored with the msg pack that came with the instant noodle. It was not overly salty yet addictively tasty.

As for the noodles, they were springy and had a good bite.

Today we are back again and this time round we had their Tom Yum Koka Noodles🍜, $3.70 and add an additional egg 🥚 for $0.50. Wow, this totally steal our heart ❤️ away!!! Tom Yum broth is simply perfect and authentic, not too spicy nor too sour for our liking! Together with those springy noodles and generous serving of pork ingredients, it taste AMAZING MOUTH-WATERING! We can’t stop sipping on those Tom yum broth! We tried their Pork Koka Noodles, $3.50 and add an additional egg 🥚 for $0.50. Indeed, this pipping hot bowl of koka noodles 🍜 is surely satisfying and appetising! These instant noodles are healthier without those MSGs! Very tasty and flavorful soup with generous ingredients, minced pork balls, sliced pork, pork liver and vegetables. Very huge portion for the price. Everything was on point 💯 and DELICIOUS, esp the pork liver which wasn’t overcooked! The freezing temperature here at Kyushu makes me crave for this bowl of spicy hot noodles, right now.

This is a rather intense bowl of instant noodles with spicy, sour and salty soup. If you chose ke kou mian like me, it's also going to soak up the soup and it may be an overwhelming experience. Granted it may not be for everyone, but those who love their instant noodles to be ultra sinful will find this pleasurable. I do enjoy it though, once in a while :)
