Delicious and appetising Lou Hei! The CNY set menu came in large portions and taste pretty good too. I’d recommend the cod fish and Har Cheong Gai.

Also tried their Minced Meat Omelette (M, $9) whose seasoning that day was unfortunately off. 😔 While i enjoyed the crispy exterior 👏🏻, it was generally too bland (not enough salt), a tad too greasy, with too little minced meat. Looks like i shall just stick to their fish soup next time! 😂

Love the milky and flavourful soup of the bee hoon, but somehow the fish abit tough.
Prawn paste chicken wings used to be better, but the minced pork and egg is done tastefully today.
This is another of my favorite 家常菜. Not very fantastic but I just like it. Always love French beans... The stir fry Chinese style. 😍💋💘💞💜
The Gai never fails to disappoint. Though there may be some misses in the other dishes, this fried chicken in prawn paste NEvEr fails!! Best!! Crispy skin, juicy tender meat and the chili sauce is 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. If the expanding waistline is not a concern, I can have them all!! 再多也吃得下！🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷😋😋😋😋😋

If their longevity in the food scene is anything to go by, you are most assuredly in safe hands here. Otherwise, the regular crowd at the place - even on a weekday, mind you - should make it pretty clear they must be doing something right.
I wouldn't usually order anything salted egg-y, but at P's exhortation, we got the [Salted Egg Pork Ribs]. Absolutely no regrets. Beautiful thick slabs of pork ribs - not the fatty ones with a lopsided bone-to-meat ratio - came slathered with a luscious coat of yellow salted egg yolk sauce. The sauce wasn't overwhelming and jelat; it was tastefully spiced with curry leaves which delivered a nice robust flavour, yet not going overboard with the savouriness of the salted egg.
