I have a soft spot for Japanese pasta and Hoshino Coffee is where I usually fix my craving. Every time I am here, I end up ordering the same thing - Hoshino Spaghetti with Eggplant, Bacon, Shimeiji and Sausage ($14.50), because it has all my favourite ingredients. The al dente pasta is sautéed in a light and fragrant sauce, and the ingredients go very well with one another. My kind of comfort food🙆🏻‍♀️

Served in bite-sized chunks, the toast was crispy and perfectly golden on the outside yet soft and fluffy on the inside. Icing sugar was sifted on with a large scoop of "ice-cream", which was actually homemade whipped cream. Probably one of the best whipped cream I had. It was light and dense with a subtle sweetness to it. Drizzle on some maple syrup to complete a pillowy sweet treat.

Strawberry Millefeuille - $7.50

Casing abit too tough, could be more generous with sweet cream to add moisture into the pastry. Love the strawberries though, lots of them. My advice is to stick to their famous soufflé

It might be a little too cramped especially during the peak hour. When ordering at a typical cafe, we get a shot of espresso in a tiny cup. Something different about Hoshino Coffee is that we get our personal space. Private leather sofa seats that allow us to enjoy a cup of hand-drip coffee and talk comfortably in a cosy ambience filled with plenty of wood and ornate lamps. What we like about Hoshino's Signature coffee is that they use only premium Arabica roasted coffee beans, giving a well-balanced and smooth taste. Here are some sweet and savoury dishes that we had from the new menu; Seasonal Strawberry Pancake Souffle, Sakura Latte and Iced Sakura Latte with Ice-cream, Teriyaki Chicken Toast and a bowl of hot Shiitake Mushroom Potage.

French Toast 🍞 Didn't have high expectation for this restaurant cause I tried their Mentaiko Carbonara once and it was so bad. But oh boy this French Toast is another level. The toast is soft and fluffy. The maple syrup/honey isn't overly sweet (which is good). However the only disappointment is the ice cream looking whipped cream sobs feel so cheated. It would be good if it's legit ice cream though hehe. Nevertheless #myheartapprove 🥰

MAJOR LOVE! Pancakes were drenched in a generous serving of bittersweet matcha, topped with whipped cream and matcha ice cream. Texture was great as well!
