One of the more affordable steak place - Hot Tomato! This is originally $12.50, but with student pass ($9.90) is super worth it for quality steak! Grilled with a slight crispiness on the outside and medium pink on the inside. Fell in love with this at my first try and I’ve been coming back! Love it!
I'll say @hottomatosg offers a prime cut of Top Sirloin Steak (250g, $16.90) comparable to some popular steak joints.

Their lava cake was over baked. So it didn't melt when u cut the cake. The taste is just normal.

Pork chop is tough. Sausage is bland. Spaghetti is no biggy. It's ok to give a miss. 👎🏼
Affordable ( not a hole in pocket ) , healthier choice , great quality : steak,prawns,salad,aglio-olio tossed in olive oil is my fav combo---DAEBAK---- my choice to go for western restaurant @ affordable price
Cheap western food,the pasta was not bad though the prawns were not very fresh. However cannot expect too much since the dish is quite cheap. 👍👍👍

Topped up S$3.50 for soup of the day which was mushroom 🍄 soup which was quite rich and garlicy, plus a choice of drink which selected ice lemon 🍋 tea.
