The Thai Milk Tea cake, I liked that the cake was only very subtly sweet which allowed the flavor of the thai milk tea to shine through. Sea salt is added to balance out the sweetness of the butter cream so that it doesn’t get too sweet.

From Hygge, a new retail-cum-cafe concept that had taken over Shop Wonderland's previous location at Haji Lane.
Not sure if they got the identity of the cake wrong, but there wasn't any hint of Houjicha detected throughout the entire cake; the most prominent flavour was the caramel drizzle and over the top and the buttercream in between layers. Apart from that, the cake was pretty decent without being too dense nor crumbly.
Earl Grey Lavender Cake. Robust earl grey flavor with tinge of lavender. I quite enjoy this~
Pictured is the Houjicha Hazelnut Cake - cake was fluffy but slightly on the drier, houjicha taste could have been stronger though.
