Mee Tang is the dialect word for century egg. This dim sum store along telok kurau/ changi road sells first class dim sum!
This one didn't have its beehoon chopped into small piece nor was served with a spoon.
But its laksa gravy was not too spicy, lemak, and certainly delicious. Loved that it wasn't commercialised like the Katong ones, and they added this "minced meat-like/ dried shrimp" that enhanced the taste of the laksa.
