. So went back to Keng Wah Sung Cafe.
I ordered breakfast set, Kaya toast comes with eggs and one drink.
The toast was thin n quiet crisp, with homemade Kaya and slab of butter ( this time the butter melt, shiok)
The coffee normal, can be more stronger hehe.

Have been wanting to visit Keng Wah Sung Cafe for quite a long time!

Finally made a trip down today on a quiet public holiday morning. The coffee shop was bustling at 9+am already, and seats almost full.

We got the economic beehoon, kaya butter and egg toast with drink from the drink stall. All in, it was $7 in total. Not sure of the breakdown in prices. The toasted bread was prepared pretty quickly, as I think it was pre-prepared. Hence, the toasted bread was more of room temperature when we ate it. Will prefer if it was hotter!


The economic beehoon while ok tasting, didnt wow me, and I thought my neighbourhood’s beehoon was still better. Not much choice of ingredients over here for the economic beehoon too.

There is also a mee siam and wanton mee stall over at this coffeeshop!

It looks like the time has paused over here, they have a very nostagice decor of coffee shop serving some traditional breakfast.

Gotten their popular kaya toast pairing with tea. Super love their kaya toast which is crunchy with every bites.

They served their kaya toast from early morning till night, so you could enjoy it for your breakfast, tea time or even snack after meal.

Came here for Wanton Mee recently, must as well order the Toast Set while waiting.
