got this from the vietnamese stall (Pho Vietnam). itβs v refreshing and the grilled chicken is flavourful! but because itβs q a light meal i got hungry really
quick after
Typical foodcourt Korean lor lol. Which to its credit also means lots of ingredients. Surprisingly, the beef was quite decent.
Aglio Olio Pasta w/ Chicken ($7.8 - $8-ish? i forgot..)
One of the good aglio olio you could find in singapore! It's smells so good and have a lot of garlic in it. The spices are great and you could ask the spicy or non-spicy. I ate the spicy version and it's amazing! So savory full of garlic and tastes fresh and spicy!
Served with grilled chicken that have soft and tender meat with crispy and savory skin, deffinitely will order it again.
When you love both versions of fried carrot cake equally. π Always spoilt for choice here at Kopitiam (former Banquet, RIP).

This is one of my favourite dishes from the Japanese stall here at Cantine (Kopitiam). I can't give it three stars because it's not exactly fantastic. Having said that, it is good, cheap and i say pretty good standard/quality for halal Japanese foodcourt food.

Clear broth with a choice of noodles or rice, or simply have the soup on its own. Select 6 ingredients, or add on ingredients at additional cost. Also, you must not miss out on the chee cheong fun/sesame dipping sauce which adds on more flavour to the simple looking/tasting dish.
Yong Tau Foo is one of my frequent go-to comfort food from foodcourt. Some of you may think, 'What so special about this Yong Tau Foo?'
To be honest, this is not the best yong tau foo I've had. However, it's halal certified which I think is a plus point. Therefore, my fellow friends who are on a lookout for affordable halal food, do check out the Cantine within Kopitiam @ Vivo City ππ»

It's been some time since I last did a review on halal food. It was partly because I got addicted to posting on instagram/instastory. Anyways, back to this review π
I realised that some of my muslim friends didn't know about this Cantine within the Kopitiam @ Vivo City. I must say I was shocked! But that's probably because they aren't into food as much as I am.
It was a couple of days back when i tried the ban mian and my partner tried the sliced bee hoon soup. They were average i would say but good enough especially if you need comfort food on days when you're not feeling too well βΊοΈ
For those of you who have yet to try, do visit this Kopitiam and you may just find your new favourite halal food court that not only offers a variety of food but at affordable prices too! ππ»
The braised meat is cooked so tender, it melts in your mouth. Even the egg and the tofu are bursting with flavour the way only hours of painstaking preparation can achieve. The kway chap itself can taste a little bland next to the sides but, when eaten together, the balance is just right.

Healthy dose of nutrients. Papaya, watermelon and honey dew. You are what you eat. Eat healthy, stay healthy. Fruits to chase the doc away! Juicy watermelon especially good after a hot day. Thirst quenching fruit. Deliciously sweet papaya rich in fibre to combat constipation. Packed with vitamin C, honey dew is best enjoyed cold and fresh.
A hot plate filled with Sambal fried chicken and torched with cheese! The Sambal is not overly spicy and surprisingly, it goes really well with that cheese! Good stuff! This is really a tribute to our local heritage dishes with a touch of modern style cooking methods . I really enjoy this and I bet you will too!
2 versions are available-
$7.80 (without cheese is $6.80)

Best comfort food ever!!!! β€οΈ Kaya toasts with soft boil eggs π
Girlfriend has been talking about this pretty good beef noodles that she once had at the Centrepoint foodcourt. However, ever since the revamp, this beef noodle stall has moved. After some search, we found out that it has been relocated at the Kopitiam @ Vivocity. ηεΈε ηθι’, looks just like any other Lamien or Beef noodle stall, until you try it. For about $5, you get a good bowl of beef noodles. Tender, flavourful beef briskets and QQ noodles! It was totally worth it! Oh! and gluttony me cannot take a chance on ε°η¬Όε . I wonβt go crazy but to have good ε°η¬Όε , it is such satisfaction. π Super good meal @ Kopitiam pricing π Happy tummy, happy wallet π #burpple #burpplesg #burpplefood #beefnoodles #xiaolongbao #ηθι’ #ε°η¬Όε #vivocity #foodcourt #valueformoney #singaporefoodie #feedmefood2018
