Koufu (Pasir Ris West Plaza)

Both the kueh and the chye por were dry. It taught me that chwee kueh mustn't be dry.

Very dry and not much taste.

Roasted belly pork and char siew rice for lunch at Koufu food court. Quite yummy in my opinion! Generous serving of meat lathered with tasty gravy. Wasn't a big fan of the soup though, and they only had chicken rice chili for this🍛
