Custard polo bun, salted tau sar puff, lotus paste egg yolk puff, yuan yang puff. The three puffs were mediocre and inferior to Da Sheng, which has shuttered. But the polo bun at $2 was superb. The custard was packed to the max!

This pie has a really buttery and crumbly crust! I found that there wasn't really all that much mushroom in it as compared to the chicken, but the filling was still pretty good. It's not too salty. The butter pastry outside can be a bit jelak so it's good to have in small servings.

Chanced upon this HK pastry shop that supposedly originated from HK! Picked up some chicken pies and pastry-skin egg tarts. Wowwww! They were pretty good!
