The gravy has a good balance of spicy, sour and savoury that goes well with rice. The fish is cooked perfectly - moist and tender.

A very 'local' cafe which serves coffee as kopi o, kopi c rather than lattes or expressos! Relatively inexpensive with a wide range of local bites! ๐Ÿ˜œ

Chinese version of wanton mee. Nice decor and they don't change gst and service charge.

This must be the best in Singapore! Tender meat with a whiff of charcoal that causes you to yearn for more...and the chilli makes your taste buds go crazy!

Shredded pork soaked in Sweet BBQ sauce with sliced pickles! Not too filling too!

Another Stall not to be missed is a muslim nasi lemak stall. Always long queue average time is 15 mins. I love their chicken wing because it is crispy & juicy. Their famous dish is handmade potatoes begal. I will order this when i have my nasi lemak but most of the time i go there for meal the stall owner say to me it always sold out very fast. If u want come to have their nasi lemak pls come early. Stall Name:Aliff Nasi Lemak Address:Blk 511 Bedok North St 3 #01-19 Singapore 460511. Operating Hours:1000hrs to 2300hrs Closed on Hari Raya & Hari Haji. Check with the stall ower when their is rest day cos they have indefinite day of closing normally they will closed on Hari Raya & Hari Raya Haji. For fri check with the stall owner sometime he might need to go for prayer on fri.

Gd morning all ! In a gd mood this morning coz it's my countdown to d wkend ! I'm on leave tml ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜ yay :) anyway what did u have for breakfast today ? Here's mine . Steamed rice cake topped with radish and bits of sesame. I got the hawker to separate the radish from the cakes ..kept them in the fridge overnight and steamed them this morning :) it's less oily this way. Plus I get to drain away the oil from the chili and radish condiment ๐Ÿ˜‰.

Love the boneless wings here. The flour is almost negligible and it's so crispy. Not forgetting that it's thigh meat too :) Louisiana rub and lemon pepper are definitely my favorite flavors!

Clear tom yum soup, basil pork, pandan chicken and Thai fish cake.

Awesome fried carrot cake at the old Bedok Interchange Food Ctr. It's moist with some char crispy parts, yet you can taste the crunchiness of fried raddish (cai poh). S$2.50 a portion, we no longer waste our calories on mediocre fried carrot cake! Seriously not to be missed. Think the stall is closed on Sundays.

Quite the most expensive item on the menu due to the usage of tenderloin - supposedly a higher-end quality cut of beef that laced the transparent chewy rice noodles that were well cooked. Soup was light and sweet, filled with spring onions, bean sprouts and onions. Tenderloin were indeed tender, but pity they were sliced a tad thin. Slurped it all clean anyway!

A large portion of steamed egg for $3. Ok, but wouldn't order again.
