Hong Kong Food
Hits and misses here but generally still pretty good (better than SG for sure).☺️ if you want to know, I think one dim sum and Tim ho wan are comparable. But prefer here because it's less crowded!
If you've visited Hong Kong and have never been to Lan Fong Yuen, then I have nothing to say. Or if you've been and have never had the noodles with chicken chop, you're doing it wrong. Get your ass here and order a plate of these noodles. They're served with cabbage, ginger scallion sauce (ermahgerd superb) and chicken that's so delicious, it's out of this world. You MUST eat the skin. It's the best part. Also get the condensed milk bun!! Wash it all down with an iced milk tea or a yuan yang. Both are good. I'm not sure if the branch at Chung King Mansion is better than the one at Central or if they've cut their portions, because the last time I went, there was more meat. In any case, do check it out!!
Is it even okay to be indulging in this Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs early in the morning?! Nevertheless, this wasn't as crowded as the other famous eggs cha chan Teng but equally good especially washing down your breakfast with that milk tea - pure bliss 😌
流沙多士 or something like that lol.
All sold out before 4.30pm, really lucky to be one of the last few customer that had this.
The French toast itself was extremely tasty and crispy, and when the toast is cut, the salted egg yolk sauce just OOZE like madness from within the French toast, the combination of both when you have the toast and the sauce is crazy! It was so damn good. Probably nowhere you can find this kind other then in HK. A MUST-TRY for 流沙 lovers!
