Opted for the Grilled Cheese Panini ($18). The exterior of both slices of bread sandwiching the thin slices of pork belly gives way with an unbelievable thundering crunch in every bite into it. Underneath the bread is a layer of grilled cheese, followed by pickles and then the pork. So, very, good. Not very often that I make good choices, but this definitely a choice well-made. Luckily I didn't give in to the temptation of getting the Oriental Bolognaise again - our fav from the last visit during the soft launch. Both are going to be my top orders here.

Place still seems like in soft launch still, if the service/waiting time was anything to go by. A few of their dishes also tend to be heavy on the salt.

Product true to picture. 😂 Like Magnum but more, with its extremely crunchy matcha-black-sesame shell, encasing the frozen matcha ice cream that is balanced in sweetness and matcha bitterness. Best to let it adjust a few degrees from its completely frozen state for best enjoyment. So glad to have ticked this off the list, and wasn't disappointed.

You'd think Yong Tau Foo stands for mostly healthy. Not at this place. Even the hipster setting is misleading - you'd walk by thinking YTF is the last thing they'd serve.

Everything that's fry-able is fried and then drenched in a braised gravy. Imagine my mock horror when I realised they fried up even my white beancurd. Then there's that smooth vermicelli in the same meat gravy. Slurp it up with the kick-ass chilli. Definitely tastier than your average YTF, and special in its style. $6.30 for 6 pieces. 💫
The musts: Dough fritter with fish paste, white beancurd (so very fresh and tender) and take the vermicelli over the rice.

You shouldn't have to make the agonising decision between a red bean or peanut pancake if you love them both. At just 90 cents, you can get a mix of both red bean and peanut for the ultimate pancake here! There is almost always a queue for these soft, pillowy parcels, but you can pre-order a box for a mid-day treat for you and your colleagues.

A pork belly burger, masqueraded as a sandwich on the menu. ($16) Welcome lunch. Go for the better Mac and cheese, but Den the fries were good. Skip this if you don't eat the fats in pork belly. That's 50% of it here.
