A bustling little Asian cafe that's open pretty late at night for Brisbane. Awesome cakes and range of drinks.

Love how the Korean soups in Aus are actually filled with seafood and meat! Makes it so much more tasty as well. This was not very spicy, but hearty nonetheless.

One of my favourite foods made even better with slightly sweeter gochujang sauce and super tender beef slices. Served on a sizzling hot plate, I'd have this as a meal anytime.

This lovely dish is the appetiser in The Jetty's (Southbank) “Winter Chef Series" menu which is unfortunately ending today. This series of menus created by the head chefs of Stokehouse Q, Aquitaine, Popolo, The Jetty and Cove Bar & Dining is to celebrate the best of Queensland produce. The theme for this series, 15th–26th August '16, is “QLD Salad Bowl” and participating restaurants are offering a 2-course menu + drink at just AUD$45.

No PokeStops at the location, so you can focus on the meal with your friends. But if your GPS wanders, you can battle the gym nearby. 🙈

Very chill and friendly little cafe slightly hidden on level 1 at Surfers Paradise. Hit up this cafe if you need a good caffeine fix whilst Pokemon hunting in the area. 😬

One of which is this granola plate. Simple yet presented beautifully with edible flowers and a side of milk to add as you prefer. I wish Singapore would have more granola plates like this—but then again, this served up in Singapore would probably cost double the price… 🙄

Forget the chewy, rubbery calamari wannabes. This is the real deal. Calamari that's soft as tofu and cut up in nice big chunks and stir fried with beans then topped off with spring onions. Surprisingly delicious, but can be a little on the spicy side.
