Bugis
Highly recommended! This dish takes the classic grilled prawns and pimps the umami factor with nori butter and kombu cooked with soy, sake, mirin. The savoriness of this dish will definitely leave you clamoring for more!
Nestled within the Ramen Champion cluster in Bugis+ is Joshoken, a Tsukemen joint from Japan. Tsukemen is a style of ramen where noodles are served separately from the dipping sauce. Joshoken, a brand under the winner of the Super Tsukemen Exhibition last year, uses two broths to get its unique dipping sauce and requires 15 hours of boiling and constant stirring before it's placed in the fridge to cool. Tastemaker Justin Teo advises sharing a Tsukemen with a friend, as the portion of noodles can be too filling for one. Go for the Special Kotteri Tsukemen ($16.80) that comes with a blend of chicken and pork broth as the dipping sauce. Justin loves how the pork collar and belly cha shu served with the ramen has a smoky fragrance, a result of it being lightly torched before serving. Once you're done with the noodles, be sure to add dashi stock to the remaining dipping sauce and drink it as a soup. Otherwise, try the crowd-pleasing Maze Soba ($14.80), a dry ramen that comes topped with creamy mentaiko, spring onions and a wobbly onsen egg. Toss the entire dish thoroughly before digging in!
Avg Price: $15 per person

Leave it to the crew that gave us the famous Baby Huey ($18) burger to come up with Naughty Fries ($10). Imagine a heap of hand-cut chips that are fried skin-on, nestled beneath a spicy bearnaise sauce, beef chilli and parmesan — the perfect bar snack, we say! At the first international outpost of Bali's Potato Head Beach Club, expect plenty of chill out space in the four-storey building in Keong Saik, including a cosy, intimate rooftop bar that's great for kicking back with friends over Friday night cocktails. While the price point is not pocket-friendly, the excellent food, drinks and ambience make it well worth your spending.

The soft buttery scrambled eggs sits perfectly on top of the juicy tender duck leg stuffed in between a hot and crispy croissant. Paired with it with all the time favourite truffle fries and dip. Yummy !
I was over the moon when Symmetry is part of the dining privileges for AMEX . I love their brunch and to have dining deals for their dinner menu is just amazing. I had the Grey Shrimp pasta and it was lovely. It's a creamy based sauce. Its not too overly Richy and creamy which is how I liked my pasta to be . The shrimps was huge and generous and it was grilled to perfection. Not a very big portion so it's perfect for the ladies :) overall, I would say im super Impressed !
Loved the caramelization on the edges of the tender miso cod!! The linguine was well coated in the mentaiko sauce but I wish it were slightly less dry :( Also note that the portion is abit smaller than average so it's perfect for small eaters.
