If you like cheese and don't mind busting a week's worth of calories in a meal, then this mookata is for you. Apart from luscious grilled meats, their pièce de résistance is none other than... molten cheese! Three types of cheese are available — mozzarella, salted egg cheese and their signature ladyboy cheese (nacho cheese-like) — feel free to slather your grilled meats in it! While it is a buffet ($29.90 Mon-Thu; $32.90 Fri-Sun) with free flow cooked food, iced milk tea and ice cream (the lychee lime's our favourite), the restaurant adopts an a la carte style ordering system for its fresh ingredients. These include lamb rack, prawns, pork belly, bacon and their much raved about crayfish. While waiting for the meats to cook, head to the small selection of cooked food like rice, fried chicken and papaya salad to whet your appetite. The restaurant gives you a choice of steamboat or BBQ hotplate, and we are not surprised most opt for the latter — grilled meats just taste so much better with cheese!

Sweetness overload with this pretty platter of desserts consisting of swirl parfait, souffle cheesecake, macarons and cotton candy.
Was totally spoilt for choice because they have sooo many flavours for their specialty lava toast! Heard that they just launched this flavour and since I LOVE speculoos (aka the cookie sauce from llaollao), we went with this. The sauce was quite watery and not as thick as what we'd hoped... (Was too excited to start eating after cutting it open hence no photo HAHA.) But anything speculoos is gooood hahaha. And their toast is really crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside!! 😋
Oh oh, they're having a half price promo on all items for this month! I'm definitely going back to try the other lava toasts hehe 😉
For a dessert cafe, who would've think they would do their savories as good as their sweets! Sucha generous serving of golden, fluffy, crispy, delicious goodness!! Covered by a blanket of cheeseeeee 💛 The truffle is very present & aromatic~ These fries definitely deserve a shout-out! Comparable to PS cafe's truffle fries in quality 😭💕 come to mama~
This joint in NEX has been drawing in crowds with its affordable yet tasty ramen. It gets really popular during meal times, so head there early to snag a seat. Meat lovers will love the Grand ($12.90), a pork bone broth ramen that comes with three types of meat — char siew, pork cheek (Toroniku) and braised pork belly (Buta Kakuni). It's also topped with a dash of black onion sauce for extra umami-ness. The broth has been simmered for over eight hours to achieve its creamy consistency and rich flavour. If you're not a big fan of thick, rich broths, follow Burppler Raine Liu's recommendation and go for the lighter uobushi tonkotsu broth made with a mix of premium bonito and pork bone broth instead. Of the three meats available under the uobushi tonkotsu broth section, Burppler Raine Liu loves the tender pork cheeks (toroniku) the best.
