Fusion
Every dish packed some serious umami - from the pictured Fukusa Yaki (egg cake), to the smokey Kushi Yaki (charcoal skewers), we were hit with some serious flavour bombs. The Kani Miso was also an interesting must-try for us. We also had a couple of refreshing pints of Sapporo beer that paired well with this knock out meal! Looking forward to returning for more :)
I had the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was so indulgent and just what I needed after a long day. What really surprised me was the massive serving of Chicken Karaage - juicy chicken battered to perfection. 10/10 would recommend trying this under-hyped dish when you're there!
Worth a try if you’re looking for a variety of dumpling options, but wouldn’t return for seconds. Pretty interesting concept with different types of dumplings - from fried pierogis to sichuan style dumplings. Dumplings tasted alright, noodles were so-so.
This dish really packs a punch with tender chicken, a decent serving of foie gras, truffle mash, mushrooms and a generous heap of shaved truffles. The chicken was juicy and packed with so much flavour. What really took the cake was how well everything worked together. 10/10 would return to have this again!
