Western
Had the 3 variety cheese consisting of the truffle camembert, truffle salami and the comte, and I must say the truffle camembert is astoundingly good. The rich and creamy texture of the camembert pairs quite well with the truffle spread sandwiched in between. Highly recommended.
Also had the chorizo cheese sausage and mash, which had a little bit of spice. For the main dish, I had Truffle Chicken with Foie Gras. The Foie Gras was well cooked and soft, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Truffle wasn't too overpowering over the chicken.
Lastly, I ordered the Truffle flatbread, from which the portions were surprisingly huge, but overall the ingredients paired well with a flatbread base.
Ordered the Golden Carolina BBQ ribs. Ribs were really soft and the meat fell off the bone easily. Tangy taste wasn't too overpowering, and paired very well with the meat. Fries were also quite crisp and firm on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Also had the popcorn chicken, which was quite juicy inside. A tad bit spicy as I don't really take spicy food, but overall still will recommend.
Ordered the medium rare steak, paired with Cafe de. Paris sauce, with Mac & Cheese and rice with beef fats.
Steak was really good, soft and tender. The sauce was also very fragrant with its smell of herbs. Rice with beef fats was really flavorful.
Prices are really value for money for its portions.
