Besides the other impressive dishes, the Beetroot Salad with Strawberry, Macadamia, Horseradish & Smoked Olive Oil Ice Cream was another of our favourites. [$14]
The Beetroot Salad, had a surprise element in it. When we saw âsmoked olive oil ice creamâ, we were hesitant. However, with some prompting from one of the friendly staff, we made the order. Boy, was it refreshing when mixed together, with crunches of Macadamia nuts.
We decided to try something different for our appetizers this time round. Loved both the Sea Urchin, King Crab & Cod Brandade on Toast AND Beetroot Salad. ($30 for 2 toasts)
As a seafood lover, the toast was everything topped all in one! Only wished that I had more space for them.
Located in Claymore Connect, Muddy Murphyâs about a 15 minutes walk or a 14 minutes bus ride away from Orchard MRT.
They have been around for many years and still maintains its classic vintage look. Felt like I was brought out of Singapore!
On both occasions that I visited, I had their Roast beef which was consistent and good, accompanied with the Yorkshire puddings (which are of different qualities on both my visits) .
Itâs also one of the few places in Singapore that serves Shepherdâs pie with minced lamb meet! Love the authenticity.
Between the apple pie and apple crumble, I prefer the Apple crumble. It has different layers of textures and isnât too sweet.
If you are looking for a set meal, go for a Sunday Roast! Lobster bisque is part of the menu too!
Top it up with a few pints of beer to complete the experience.
Definitely is yes, to going back !
