Lotus Chips & Pumpkin w/ Salted Egg Sauce ($10.80)
I liked this dish for the strong salted egg flavour and the grainy texture, which coated the Lotus Chips and Pumpkin pretty well. A great snack to have with your meal!

Italian Truffle Fried Rice ($19.80)
The truffle fragrance hits you as you mix the rice, and truffle flavour is evident here, although a huge fan of truffle like me wouldn't mind it to be even stronger 🤭.

Omelette with Preserved Radish ($10.80)
Ordered this dish by accident, but it was surprisingly quite thick and fluffy! Wouldn't mind for the Preserved Radish flavour to shine more, but the egg itself was enjoyable!

Signature Black Pepper London Duck Bun ($3.20/pc) // Crispy London Duck Snow Bun ($3.20/pc) // Crispy Pandan Snow Custard Bun ($2.90/pc)
The black pepper duck bun had a crispy crust, and is an interesting alternative to our usual pork charsiew bun. I enjoyed the light pandan fragrance from the crust of the Snow Custard Bun, whereas the salted egg filling is slightly grainy, which I personally enjoy. Only wished for more salted egg custard in the bun!

@londonfatduck.sg is a Hong Kong-style restaurant which uses the Irish Duck that's famous for its quality, in which they call the "Wagyu of Ducks".

Signature London Roast Duck (Half - $35.80)
Definitely great for sharing, and would be for duck lovers! The texture of the meat differs for every part of the duck, and certain parts were tender, whereas some were much tougher.

This dish uses the top-quality Irish ducks, roasted with a secret technique and recipe that the restaurant chain even coined the term “Wagyu of Ducks” for it. One bite of the meat and you will taste the nice savouriness balanced with the sweetness from the marinate, complemented with the crispy skin and juicy fattiness.

Besides their specialty, the restaurant has a selection of dim sum and other comfort food such as the addictive Signature Crispy Corn & Prawn with Salted Egg ($16.80) that you cannot stop popping them into your mouth while you fill your tummy with the Duck Bak Kwa Fried Rice ($14.80) that has the essential breath of the wok aka wok hei in every grain of rice. Overall, an excellent restaurant that is perfect for a quick bite, family meal or just a date to pamper yourself.
