Using free-range French poulet that are raises on a special feed, Lucky Bird combines chicken rice with a healthy Western twist

Comes with generous amount of shredded carrots, pickled cucumbers, purple cabbage, shallots, tomatoes and beansprouts

This healthy and luxurious version of chicken rice is surprisingly flavourful and the chili sauce packes a punch

And all the vegetables especially the pickled cucumber compliments the lean succulent French poulet and gave me a nice sourish refreshing aftertaste

A carb-loaded burrito wrap which is chicken rice encased within a tortilla wrap

Personally, I prefer that this burrito wrap to have less chicken rice in it as it gets real messy after a few bites and also after half a roll, I feel really jelat
.
I would prefer that there will be more sauces for this wrap; perhaps ginger or black sweet sauce to have more flavour and texture

First look at the price it might seems steep 💹 for a chicken rice but that is because Lucky Bird uses Poule GG chickens, a french breed raised without growth hormones or antibiotics, given a special feed that includes herbs, allowed to run free in a closed pen and are bred for at least 75 days, almost twice the industry average.

I will recommend getting their Soy Chicken instead of the Steamed ones as they are much richer in flavour in terms of herbs used. As for the chicken rice, it was packed with mild fragrance in each grain of moist plump rice. However, there's room for improvement for the consistentcy of the rice as some grains were grainy. 🌾

Out of all, my favourite is their Wrap N Roll which consist of lettuce, tomato, chicken, rice and chili sauce. The wrap skin itself wasn't overly thick and the chicken skins contained in it was silky smooth that adds a texture to the entire palate. 😋

other than chatterbox and boon tong kee, this is my next atas(upgrade) Chicken rice on my to-know list🙃 @luckybird_sg prides themselves with using Poule GG chickens, a french breed raised without growth hormones or antibiotics, given a special feed that includes herbs, allowed to run free in a closed pen and are bred for at least 75 days, almost twice the industry average. ( *Hormone- free, Free Roaming , Antibiotic-Free* ) ...
I do find the chicken (both white and roasted) softer that normal chicken rice and have the jelly feels (reminds me of the maxwell one)👍the rice is fragrant but can be softer (each grain is kinda hard(?)) not the best rice I have honestly. The sauce is great though, I like their chilli which does have the kick and freshness 🌶 ✨

however honest opinions from here on, firstly the packaging is too environmentally unfriendly, next, I really think chicken rice should stay simple and pure as chicken rice 🌚🤦‍♀️till now I haven’t had really mindblowing chicken rice innovation so keep the local dish original and great is my personal opinion🙃 poke bowl and salad bowl I really can’t tell the difference other than 1 have rice and the other doesn’t, will prefer to have some difference in sauce and maybe integrate the skin somehow? Both kinda too dry for me🙊 I understand it’s a tasting but still being honest matters to me more😌 thanks @mrfoodreview for extending the invite🥰⭐️
