Man Zhu Steamboat

Very generous portion of preserved veg below. Beef slices were reasonable tender and slightly chewy, quite good. The broth is strong tho, it's an assault on your senses with the heat and garlic and all.

The eggs were fried very well, very caramelised and flavourful with good bite. Chives were good too

Solid. However I heard this dish's standards is not consistent from regulars, we were lucky today. Guess it depends on who's helming the wok
