A restaurant i've been frequenting since i was kid is Chinese Swimming Club's in-house restaurant/café. Today they revamped their menu and i found this. A generous portion of rich, viscous rendang gravy with fragrant basmati rice. Honestly pretty impressive for a club café

More bee hoon than mee 🤥Bee hoon had indeed soaked up all the gravy and towards the end, the dish appeared dried up 😑 I was terribly disappointed with the squid, sooooo rubbery 🙁
