Tender jackfruit which is basically almost exactly the same as that of your typical permanent jackfruit curry honestly, but with a hint of spice and in their briyani rice
It's a weekend special I think
Not the kind with an explosive mango flavour like bismillah's not the kind with a strong yoghurt flavour like pavilion banana leaf, but this one is more a traditional mango lassi taste. And it was thick and creamy, so it's great in its own right as well
It's almost custardy really, there's a bit of depth from the lentil but rest assured it's more like a dessert than anything. Not bad at all and quite complex for a dessert, in a mild way
As you can Tell the masala is rather different from most, it's quite thick and otherwise still well balanced. Ladyfingers were soft
It's not bad overall, just didnt stand out particularly
The best I've had in recent memory.
Thin and thus very crispy, and fragrant as hell from the combination of garlic and butter, as it should be, but not pungent. Too many places have mild garlic, what's the point of a frigging garlic naan if you're going easy on the garlic fragrance?
MUST try if you're here
The rice was fluffy and not oily but the brinjals didnt taste like much. It's alright as a rice dish to go with other things, not as good as a one dish meal like the meat options
However, the raita was very strong. Abit too heavy on the onions but the yoghurt was super flavourful as it should be. Peanut sauce is not really my thing, esp when it's weak
