A one man show here, constantly preparing every orders. So do expect waiting time after you made your order.

Came on weekend early morning and it took about 30 minutes to reach my turn.

I ordered the big size with extra ingredients and I’m totally satisfied with the meal.

Comes with pieces of sliced pork, liver, minced pork, fish cake and fishball. The size of the pork liver was decent, soft and tender.

As for the noodles, I gotten the mee kia. However, I find the vinegar sauce was added too much for me, that it totally overwhelmed the taste of noodle.

This is the best pork liver I ever had, hands down. The pork liver is damn huge and yet it's so soft and tender and yet it is not undercooked.

The noodles and fishball is nothing really special. But the pork liver is damn excellent.

Waited 50mins for lunch time on a weekend.

Alas, my experience did meet a slight dip in enjoyment as I dug into their noodles. Honestly, these noodles that were pretty forgettable but serviceable enough to not dampen the overall mood — not with the euphoria this bowl of soup elicited.

It was a long wait, but after Mui Siong's legendary 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 ($5) hit the table, I could feel my lips quaking in anticipation of those salaciously thicc and pinkish pieces of liver, submerged within a pool of murky broth shimmering tantalisingly under the glow of the noon sun.

I fished out a single slice into my mouth and took a meek bite — what a life-changing bite. The pig organ seemingly dissolved with a satin-like elegance despite its impressive size. But as I chewed on more, it became apparent each bite was still answered by a bouncy recoil even with its gentle melt-in-mouth properties.

A second piece was quickly fished out, then a third, then I was smitten like a crack addict. Taking a break from devouring those morsels of iron-filled richness, I then fiercely slurped down a mouthful of broth and was greeted by a robust and umami-loaded indulgence.

Came here especially for their Pork Liver soup after hearing my friends rave about it. And oh yes, it’s the beet pork liver I’ve ever had! Thick juicy slices that’s cooked just about right (not over-cooked). This bowl is $5. I’ll order their “big” bowl, which is $6 the next time 👍👍😋😋

Lives up to their name. I won't say it's the best only because there's many different styles of pork liver but theirs is really superb. Thick slices, with a bit of crunch, and very tender too(esp considering the thickness, as well as the travelling time). Unfortunately there's a bit of iron taste but it's very acceptable

Soup was fine, everything else was decent. Pork slices were quite tender too.

PS the wait was 25mins on a weekday lunch at 10plus
