Fish & Chips is usually quite a mediocre dish at western stalls but found it well executed. Fish fried with bread crumb batter was light, flaky and crisp, while chips were well salted and crisp on the outside, fluffy inside. Coleslaw had a thick dressing that had a milky consistency with a citrusy tang.
