Shiok this Thai fried rice. The chilli sauce even better.
No fear the spice... got lots of beer to soothe the fire.

Fresh and somewhat sweet, but definitely beefy.

This beef kway teow is good. Even better on a cold day.
Sprinkle some chilli flakes for the extra kick.

Generous serving of Pad Thai. Fried rice noodles with an assortment of garnish. Thai food so delicious, I thought for a while I was in Bangkok... but no, it's Siglap.
This is die-die-must-try Pad Thai.
No need the Scoot flight to Bangkok and all that traffic jam.

This has got to be the best Tomyum available in Singapore. The broth is nice and fragrant from all the infused herbs that is not over boiled. Fresh seafood is one of the key to a great tomyum. Must try to believe it.

This bowl of pad gra pow moo sarb... with a big slap of kai dow, can be yours too, at P.O.D. Bistro. (beside Singapore Pools Siglap.

Had this beef kway teow. The broth, so alluring with a myriad of flavours and the beef so tender. The beef balls were succulent and springy.

Beef so fresh, I could hear the cow moo when I chewed into it.
