Fish is deep fry to crisp outside; meat is fresh & soft to chew, no fishy stench; refillable side dishes; love the chewy squid kimchi with stronger flavor & more garlic taste..

OYSTER/SEAFOOD SUNDUBU: Both soup are flavorful & rich in seafood taste; opted for spicy but not as spicy as I expected; with generous portion of seafood: prawn, mussels, clams, squid, flower crab, oysters; tofu is very soft & smooth; with an egg in the middle; portion smaller in combo set as compared to ala-carte; probably 1 of the better tofu soup I've tried..
UNAGI: Unagi is surprisingly very soft & tender with slight smoky taste, unlike the usual pre-packed version; sauce is not salty & not overpowering the unagi taste; with a layer of onion slices at the bottom to prevent the unagi skin from being burnt..
COCKLES BIBIMBAP: Deconstructed bibimbap; a plate of well-marinated cooked cockles with hot stone white rice, a big bowl with some seaweed & a small bottle of sesame oil; mixed all ingredients in the hot stone pot instead of in a separate bowl as my preference for some charred crispy rice at the bottom; cockles no "bloody" taste & not rubbery though fully cooked; right amount of seasoning giving wide dimension of taste; simple yet appetizing dish..

Big portion!! But both of us still managed to finish every crispy bit of it. Tasty x3! Still it might be good to have a smaller option for one person to enjoy.

Ordered the combo (pork BBQ + seafood soup) and a regular beef intenstine soup. Comes with a bowl of hot stone rice (yums scorched rice)! Also got a jar of iced corn tea to wash down the greasenesy. Overall a hearty meal and very very filling. Total damage was approximately $65 for 2 person. Would patronise again tho it was kinda pricey.

Oh wow, I never knew tofu could be so soft, smooth and silky! It had such a soothing mouthfeel. The soup was really very very flavourful, and not spicy at all really. I enjoyed this very much.

We visited on a weekday evening, and it was really packed - we had to wait for an hour in order to be seated. Perhaps because it was the last day we could dine out before Phase 2 Heightened Alert kicked in, hmm.

With the combo, it came with a main meat dish, hot stone rice, and side dishes (the usual korean sides). Pretty worth it as we were using the Fuzzie app which gave us 30% off.

Only downside was that because it was so busy, the side dishes ran out really quickly and we couldn’t get anymore kimchi or seaweed (the side dishes which were refillable). I also sensed that the staff were quite stressed and slightly irritable, they tried their best to ignore me whenever I tried to call them. When they reluctantly came over to take our requests, we only got our requests fulfilled maybe half of the time despite them saying they’d get to it. They weren’t rude though, despite the peak rush period stresses, at least there’s that.

Service aside, food was really good, and that’s the most important part for me! 🥳

This was amazing. The chicken was grilled to perfection and the spicy sauce complemented it really nicely. I liked that it was grilled to crispiness on the outside, while the meat remains really tender on the inside. Tastewise, it was a delicious combination of slightly charred, smoky, salty and spicy. In case you’re worried, it’s not really very spicy, more of a mild level of hotness.
