This hanabi maki is less dramatic than usual, due to less tenkasu. But it's still my favourite maki here.
My first time trying the one on the right. It uses purple rice, ebi, cucumber, peach and mango sauce.
Edible but not their strongest suit.
The prawns were worth it. The pork looks good but was mediocre.
Both good!
My go-to item. Raw salmon ranks low for me; aburi it and it shoots up the ranking.
