Shin Minori (Katong Square)

Always prefer this restaurant for Japanese buffet but the service has been getting worse. I think they are severely understaffed. Once you order, it can take up to 1 hour for the food to arrive. This was very disappointing as a date lunch. Mood was spoilt cause of the long wait. Would probably think twice before coming back.
Best dishes are sashimi and grilled lamb chops.

Worth the price cuz is 1 for 1 using burpple. Will return again

We had a dinner buffet at Shin Minori and we were well surprised by the spread of the food! It was an ala carte buffet with a nice spread of seafood, sushi, and cooked dishes - the sashimi was fresh and really good! There were also some yummy skewers

First time here and had a good experience! Friendly staff and an awesome variety of buffet items! Besides the fresh sashimi, the grilled items e.g. lamb and beef were really yummy! :) Great deal with the 1-for-1!

Utilised the Burpple 1-1 for this buffet that offers a wide variety of sashimi, skewers, fried food and nabe (steamboat). Experience was quite good and staff was friendly too!

Good place for gatherings and celebrations as their moving bots are able to sing birthday songs too.

Great variety of dishes and the sashimi was very fresh. However, the service was slightly slow. But overall a good experience and will return again.
