Potatoes are cut into thin strips & pam-fried to crispy outside, while soft inside; rosti though thick, is well-cooked to perfection & not greasy; topped with refreshing smashed avocado & onsen egg; squeeze the lemon wedge at the side for some zest; came with sour cream at the side; one of the better rosti I've tried..
Ahhh. Rostii was nicely made. The salmon was also grilled perfectly. Loved the combination! Would definitely come back for more!
