Interesting tasting especially if you have an extremely sweet tooth and love lotus biscoff. The chewiness of the pearl did not really blend well, especially when the texture of the drink was of a thick consistence. Plus, there seemed to be a cheesy taste at the end. Not sure if they added cheese on the top of the drink but it didn’t complement the speculoos flavour well.

Rather diluted, Earl Grey taste wasn’t that strong and for $4.90 it’s pretty pricey.

Matcha powder mixed with cream cheese is spread on French toast, then finished with marshmallows and chewy tapioca pearls.

Taro panna cotta tasted more of tea than anything else (couldn’t taste the taro at all!). Garden strawberry green tea was pretty good, nice fresh strawberry included. The cream wasn’t as good as RB. Overall still okay and would come as the location is a good respite from the crowd!

Another bbt chain around the town area. It is opened by mediacorp artiste Vivian Lai. Their assam black tea is not too bad. Cooling and refreshing!

Jin Xuan Tea Latte:
• Light, refreshing but nothing special
